Glasgow Office Supervisor: Lead Customer Service & CRM

Wiltshire Farm Foods in Glasgow is seeking an Office Supervisor to lead the office team and deliver outstanding service to our customers by phone and email, with a focus on empathy for our predominantly elderly customer base.

You will work 37.5 hours per week across 5 days in 6, including bank holidays, supervising up to five staff and collaborating with the Retail Sales and Operations Manager to drive sales and performance.
