Assistant Manager: Bar Ops & Guest Experience (Shift Lead)

Simmons Bars in London is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead shifts and deliver memorable guest experiences on Sundays to Wednesdays. You will open and close the venue to standard, manage atmosphere, and ensure guest satisfaction.

You’ll work with the General Manager and Deputy Manager, help with stock and training, and keep the venue within licensing rules while driving sales and GP targets.
