Early Help Assessment Lead: Partners & Families

Coventry City Council is seeking an Early Help Assessment Coordinator to collaborate with partners, leading partner-led assessments and coordinating a proactive early help response for children and families. The role integrates services across Family Health, Schools, Early Years, Housing and Police to improve outcomes within the Family Hub Model.

The post requires experience in early help or social work, strong communication, and professional registration or eligibility.
