Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board in Holywell is seeking a Band 3 Dementia Support Worker to join Ffynnon Ward A on an acute elderly care pathway. This full-time post (37.5 hours) offers frontline dementia care within a hospital setting.
You will support dementia patients during their stay, contribute to developing the dementia support service, work with staff and patients, and maintain high clinical standards in a busy environment. Fluency in Welsh is desirable.
