As an Assistant Manager, you won’t just assist; you’ll be a key part of our leadership team in store. You will lead, inspire and develop your team to deliver KFC’s world‑famous fried chicken and exceptional customer service as we transform the UK’s rest stop experience.

What you will be doing as an Assistant Manager

• Support the day‑to‑day management and operation of your unit and colleagues, driving sales, unit budget and P&L, delivering brand standards, Health & Safety and recruitment.
• Drive consistent high quality customer service.
• Report to the Restaurant Manager, feeding back on potential issues, progress and overall performance.

What Skills & Knowledge you’ll need

• Understanding of maximising profit by driving sales and controlling costs.
• Ability to build strong and positive relationships with stakeholders.
• Adherence to and ensuring delivery of brand standards.
• Emerging track record in managing and leading teams in a high‑volume, retail or catering brand environment.
• Efficient and productive manager, ensuring delivery of tasks in an effective and timely manner.
