Job Description:
Come and join our fantastic District Nursing team in Frome. East Mendip, Somerset. A newly qualified or experienced Nurse will work as part of a friendly multi-disciplinary care team to deliver high-quality community nursing services.
You’ll manage a caseload, collaborate with Primary Care Networks and Neighbourhood Teams, and work within 8am-10pm hours across seven days a week, with a driving licence and car access required.
