Enabling Support Worker — Compassionate Community Care

Shaftesbury North Down is seeking an Enabling Support Worker to provide compassionate, person-centred support in North Down and Ards, Northern Ireland. You will follow the individual support plan, help with daily tasks, and maintain records in line with service requirements.

This permanent, full-time role includes sleep-in cover with extra pay and benefits such as training, annual leave, pension and an employee assistance programme.
