Support Worker – Make a Real Difference, Flexible Hours

Avenues is looking for a dedicated Support Worker in Tonbridge to help two adults with autism, ADHD and epilepsy live life their way. You will provide personal care and assist with everyday tasks, while promoting independence and community involvement.

Full-time, 39 hours per week, £25,845 per year pro rata. A full UK driving licence is required due to a service vehicle and occasional driving duties. Training and DBS will be provided.
