Ryder Reid Legal is recruiting on behalf their top law firm client for a Temporary Facilities & Reprographics Assistant to provide cover during a busy period from 27th July to 4th September.

This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with strong reprographics experience who enjoys working in a professional services environment and can deliver a high level of service.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day reprographics requirements, including printing, copying, scanning and document production.
• Ensuring all work is completed accurately and within required deadlines.
• Providing support with general facilities duties as required.
• Assisting with post room activities, courier arrangements and office moves.
• Delivering a professional and responsive service to colleagues across the business.

About You

• Previous experience within a Reprographics Assistant role is essential.
• Experience within a legal or professional services environment would be advantageous.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
• Professional, proactive and reliable.
