Maintenance Operative

Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate Maintenance Operative to join our team. The role plays a vital part in the club’s wellbeing by ensuring all equipment is fully functioning and safety of members and colleagues is maintained, giving members an excellent experience every day, 7 days a week. You will create an environment where the team feels a sense of belonging and can thrive physically and mentally while fulfilling their full potential.

Responsibilities

Ensure all equipment is fully functioning and safety standards are met. Maintain the club environment and equipment. Provide excellent experience to members. Travel between clubs if required.

Qualifications

• Technical skills or discipline in Carpentry, Plumbing, Single Phase Electrics
• Essential Pool Plant Operators Qualification (STA or similar)
• A full driving licence or ability to travel efficiently between clubs within your region
• Strong engagement, communication and active listening skills
