Recovery Coordinator – Fast-Paced Community Care

We are recruiting a Recovery Coordinator in Lewisham on a full-time, fixed-term contract to cover staff absence. The role involves working across PCRS and GP Shared Care Hubs, supporting adults with substance misuse needs and delivering recovery-focused interventions from day one.

The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload, deliver assessments and recovery planning, and work with GPs and multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive outcomes.
