SLA‑Driven Scheduler: Workforce Planning & Dispatch

Arcus FM Limited is seeking a Workforce Scheduling Controller for our Redditch office on a permanent basis. You will be part of our Central Operations Planning team, receiving work orders and scheduling engineers to meet SLAs and KPIs across multiple clients.

You’ll coordinate between field engineers and client premises, prioritising by location, store requirements, and urgency. The role is a 40-hour week (7am–7pm) with a 4% bonus, 25 days annual leave and a pension scheme.
