Primary Support Worker (Fixed Term until 31 May 2027) – PKC13981 £17,669 – £18,614 (27.5 hours per week, term‑time only)
We are looking for a compassionate, dynamic Primary Support Worker to join our dedicated Pupil Support team at Inch View Primary School. In this role you’ll make a real difference by supporting children with additional support needs (ASN) to access a meaningful and inclusive curriculum. You’ll work closely with teachers and colleagues to help pupils thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
Responsibilities
- Support pupils 1:1, in small groups, and in class.
- Help pupils during transitions, breaks, and school activities.
- Support intimate care routines where needed.
Experience and Skills
- Experience (paid or voluntary) working with children/young people with ASN.
- Creative, ambitious, respectful, and engaged.
- Experience with ICT, moving & handling, and behaviour support is desirable but not essential.
