Impactful Pastoral Support – House Assistant

The Victory Academy is seeking a House Support Assistant to support students across Key Stage 3 and 4 and to work with the Pastoral Support Team to provide effective pastoral and behavioural support so every child can reach their potential. You will maintain a visible presence, supervise students before and after school, support interventions for behaviour and learning, and mentor vulnerable groups.
