Customer Service & Order Coordinator

We are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator for Tarmac Trading Limited at our Mountsorrel hub near Loughborough. You will handle customer enquiries via phone, email and online orders from initial contact through to delivery, ensuring a smooth order process and high service levels.

The role involves data entry into CRM, collaboration with Fleet and Capacity planners, and clear communication with customers to keep them informed and satisfied. Training is provided for Salesforce CRM where helpful.
