Support Worker: Complex Needs (Full-Time)

Standby24 Ltd is seeking experienced Support Workers to assist individuals with mental health, learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorder and complex needs in Devon and Torbay. This is a full-time role with a mix of day shifts and waking night shifts, including weekends and bank holidays as required.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of relevant experience, PMVA training, a full UK driving licence (preferred), and a commitment to person-centred, trauma-informed support to help
