We’re working with a well-established creative agency with over 20 years’ experience delivering standout branding, web design and marketing solutions for clients across the UK and internationally. Built on long-term relationships, repeat business and strong referrals, they’re now looking for a passionate and ambitious Junior Graphic Designer to join their friendly, close-knit studio in Ascot.
This is a brilliant opportunity for a Graphic Design graduate or early-career designer who’s ready to take the next step and fast‑track their development. You’ll work directly alongside the Founder and Creative Director, gaining real exposure to live projects across a wide mix of industries, from branding and print to digital and web. With structured mentoring and increasing responsibility from day one, this role is perfect for someone eager to learn quickly, build confidence and grow into a Midweight Designer position within a supportive and creatively driven team.
Key Responsibilities
- Creating artwork in line with established brand guidelines
- Designing brochures, marketing materials and branded assets
- Developing logo concepts and brand identities for small businesses
- Updating and managing client websites using WordPress and Elementor
- Adding and editing website content including blogs, team pages and updates
- Producing templated design work for ongoing client campaigns
- Creating engaging social media graphics and digital content
- Preparing artwork for print and liaising with external suppliers
- Managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced agency environment
- Taking briefs, asking the right questions and building strong client relationships
- Working closely with senior leadership to develop your creative and professional skills
Skills & Experience
- A creative, enthusiastic designer with a strong desire to learn and grow
- A portfolio showcasing your design work (university, freelance or personal projects all welcome)
- Confident use of Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong design eye
- Good organisation skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects
- Confident communicator who enjoys working with clients and team members
- A proactive, positive attitude with genuine ambition to build a long‑term career in design
Bonus (Not Essential, But Great to Have)
- Experience with WordPress and Elementor
- Basic understanding of HTML & CSS
- An interest in AI and emerging creative technologies shaping the future of design
