Event Safety & Guest Experience Lead

Manchester Arndale is seeking an Event Steward to help ensure smooth operations at events, manage crowd safety, assist customers, and monitor for distress. Reporting to the Event Manager, you will be responsible for the health, safety, and comfort of customers during their stay, ensuring they have a positive and enjoyable experience.

Casual hours – Varied shifts will depend on fixture lists and kick-off times.
