Impactful 1:1 SEN Behaviour Support Assistant

Just Teachers Ltd in Peterborough is seeking a dedicated 1:1 Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant to work with a pupil with SEN and behavioural needs on a one-to-one basis. This temporary, full-time role starts ASAP and runs through the summer term as an along-term supply placement.

You will provide consistent behaviour and learning support, implement strategies, support emotional regulation in class, collaborate with the class teacher and SENCO, and help create a calm, safe learning environment.
