Empathetic SEND Teaching Assistant – Long-Term, Full-Time

Long Term Futures is seeking a SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils with SEND in a dedicated SEND school in Dudley. You will assist with in-class and out-of-class activities, and help deliver well-structured lessons under the guidance of a supervising teacher.

The role is full-time, long-term with temp-to-perm prospects, starting ASAP. A positive, patient, and professional approach is essential to help pupils develop resilience and social skills.
