Compass Group UK & Ireland is seeking a Chef de Partie for our staff dining operations in a high-volume contract catering setting in London. You will work with the Head Chef in a friendly team, supporting the daily staff dining service (up to 2000 covers) and ensuring high standards of food safety and presentation.
You’ll rehearse, present delivered food, and maintain the salad bar while helping with service setup and clear-down. A positive, adaptable attitude and pride in food are essential.
