Booker is seeking a skilled butcher to join our Butchery Department in the United Kingdom. You will bring product knowledge, cutting and preparation skills, and deliver high standards of customer service.

You will help prepare orders to customer needs, support stock control, and comply with food safety and health & safety regulations. You will work with the Butchery Manager and team in a 7-day operation offering flexible patterns.
