Junior IT Support Tech — First-Line, Training & Team

Chisholm Bookmakers Ltd is recruiting a full-time IT Support Technician to join our head office in Ashington, Northumberland. The role provides first-line technical support across our Chisholm and BTC client estates, delivering service desk assistance by phone and ticketing system, and ensuring high-standard customer care.

You will install, configure and maintain software, operating systems and networks, troubleshoot issues, and support rollout of new applications.
