Flexible SEN Teaching Assistant – Primary Units Southampton

REESON Education is recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants for primary SEN units in Southampton, Hampshire. You will support children with autism, speech and language needs, and other complex needs in inclusive, nurturing environments.

This flexible role lets you choose your days, coordinating with schools to provide 1:1 and small-group support, while developing classroom strategies, behaviour plans, and strong partnerships with teachers, SENCOs and parents.
