Oasis Community Learning is seeking an experienced Regional English Lead to bring life to the English curriculum across its secondary academies. You will champion reading, writing and oracy, and guide teachers to raise standards through strategic development and high-quality pedagogy.
Reporting to the Regional Director, you will work with leaders across the Trust, shaping policy, coaching staff, and modelling best practice.
