Location & Working Hours
Hours: 44 hours per week.
Location: Western part of the forest district (Pry Rigg Larder, YO62 5EL). Candidates should live within a reasonable travel time.
Contract & Salary
Contract type: Permanent.
Salary: £34,793 per annum.

Responsibilities
You will work as part of the district’s wildlife management team, protecting forests and supporting conservation priorities, including mammal management. You will champion the health and safety culture by demonstrating the value of “look out and look after”.
Qualifications & Skills
- Successful completion of a firearms skill test (DSC Level 1 shooting test).
- Pass a criminal record check and the government baseline personnel security standard check.
- Meet immigration requirements, including the ability to provide accurate spoken English.
