Organising Researcher — Office-Based Union Strategy

Usdaw, based at Head Office in Salford Quays, is seeking a Researcher (Organising) to support the union’s organising agenda. The role is fully office-based at Head Office.

Key duties include developing recognition agreements, drafting guidance for officials and reps, analysing organising data, and creating recruitment campaign materials. A degree or equivalent experience in the Trade Union movement is required.
