Equans UK & Ireland is seeking an Apprentice Customer Service Co-ordinator for the HMCTS contract in Stoke-on-Trent. The 2‑year, full‑time apprenticeship runs 40 hours per week from 08:30 to 17:00 with a 30‑minute unpaid break.
You will support the customer service centre with administration, email and phone handling, and help plan and dispatch maintenance work to engineers and contractors across sites. Training is provided.
