Lead Academy Football Coach

Southampton Football Club is seeking an Academy Coach to lead and manage planning, delivery and evaluation of an age-specific coaching programme.

You will deliver the academy curriculum, create individual development plans, run player reviews, and report progress to the Tactical Development Manager and Academy Leadership Team. You will support wellbeing and attend games, while driving data/video feedback initiatives across age groups.
