Hospitality Chef de Partie – Canary Wharf
Monday–Friday | 7:00am–3:00/3:30pm
We are seeking a talented and reliable Hospitality Chef de Partie to join a high-profile international financial institution in Canary Wharf. This is a busy, multi-faceted hospitality operation delivering a la carte/set menu, daily sandwiches and working breakfasts plus evening events! Everything is freshly prepared in-house using high-quality ingredients, within a modern, well-equipped kitchen and a professional, supportive team environment!
What You’ll Be Doing
- Running your own section confidently in a busy hospitality kitchen
- Preparing and presenting fresh, high-quality dishes daily
- Producing sandwiches, working breakfasts, buffets, and canapés
- Maintaining excellent hygiene, food safety, and kitchen organisation
- Working closely with the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth service
- Supporting stock control and assisting with menu ideas and daily specials
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in hospitality or contract catering
- Willingness to support or step into Commis-level tasks when required
- Strong all-round cooking skills with excellent attention to detail
- Good pastry knowledge is a strong advantage
- Excellent knife skills and solid food knowledge
- Calm and organised under pressure in a busy environment
- Flexible, team-focused attitude – happy to jump on wherever needed
