Hoop Education is seeking a Welsh-medium Teaching Assistant to support pupils with ALN in Port Talbot. The role requires delivering 1:1 and small-group support in Welsh-medium settings and assisting teachers with planning and classroom activities.
You will work closely with school staff to create a safe, inclusive learning environment, monitor pupil progress, and help maintain engaging, bilingual lessons. Fluency in Welsh is essential.
