Salary: £13.50 per hour

Hours of Work: Monday–Friday 8:00am–6:00pm

Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent

The Role:

We are currently recruiting for an FLT counterbalance driver to join a busy warehouse operation in the Middlewich area. This is a hands‑on role within a fast‑paced environment, supporting the movement and handling of stock across the site.

Duties will include:

• Operating a B1 Counterbalance truck to move stock throughout the warehouse.
• Transporting pallets safely and efficiently.
• Order picking and packing goods ready for dispatch.
• Manual handling, including hand‑balling stock and wrapping pallets.
• Work both independently and as part of a team to ensure operational targets are met.

Experience / Skills Required:

• Valid, in‑date B1 FLT licence is essential (in‑house licences accepted).
• Previous experience working within a warehouse environment.
• Ability to carry out manual handling tasks, including lifting up to 25 kg.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience within a comparable role.
