Job Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Carpenter with skills in other trades to join our team in West London. You will deliver first‑class service to our properties across the West London region.

Key Details

Salary: £34,359 – £42,759 plus eligibility for £125 monthly London Allowance, Van, Tools, Company Bonus Scheme and regular overtime.

Location: West London

Hours: 40 hours per week

Contract Type: Permanent

Responsibilities

• Carry out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works and property MOTs covering all specialist and secondary trades, completed efficiently and within required deadlines.

Requirements

• Hold a valid UK driving licence (a company vehicle will be provided for work use only).
• Basic Criminal Record Check clearance.
• Be eligible to work in the UK and reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment (no visa sponsorship).
• Reliable, experienced Carpenter with skills in other trades and a strong attention to customer care.

Benefits

In addition to the base salary, the role includes an additional monthly non‑contractual London Weighting Allowance of £125.
