Teaching Assistant Duties

• Supporting pupils in class, in small groups, and on a one‑to‑one basis
• Assisting with the delivery of engaging learning activities
• Supporting pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development
• Promoting positive behaviour and participation in lessons
• Working collaboratively with teachers and support staff
• Helping to create a safe and inclusive learning environment

Ideal Teaching Assistant

• Previous experience working with children in a school setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A patient, enthusiastic, and nurturing approach
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
