About the Role

Choice Teachers are working with a wide range of primary, secondary, and specialist schools across South West London who are looking to appoint enthusiastic and dedicated Teachers from September 2026.

Whether you’re seeking the flexibility of day-to-day supply or the consistency of a long-term placement, we have a variety of opportunities to suit your preferences.

We are recruiting across all subject areas and key stages, with opportunities available throughout the academic year.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality lessons in line with the school’s curriculum and expectations
• Create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively and maintain high standards
• Adapt quickly to different schools and classroom settings
• Assess pupil progress and provide feedback where appropriate
• For long-term placements, undertake planning, marking, parents’ evenings, meetings, and all other teacher responsibilities as required by the school
• Uphold safeguarding procedures and school policies at all times

About You

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Experienced Supply Teachers
• Recent UK teaching experience
• Confident classroom and behaviour management skills
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Flexible, reliable, and professional approach
• Passionate about delivering high-quality teaching and supporting pupil achievement
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
