Job Description:
Red 5 People in High Wycombe is seeking a Functional Skills Tutor to support 16–24 learners with SEND and EHCPs, delivering Maths, English and employability skills in practical, real-world contexts.
You will deliver short, focused sessions each morning (Entry Level to Level 2) in small groups, followed by local work placements in retail or hospitality, with blended learning and a mix of face-to-face and occasional remote sessions. Working hours are typically 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.
