Pro Rata Reinsurance Specialist | Hybrid

Guy Carpenter is seeking a Pro Rata Technician in its Witham office, with hybrid working allowing two days at home and three days in the office. You will handle transactional processing and reinsurance recoveries, supporting a base of clients and brokers across London and Witham.

The role requires knowledge of reinsurance (Pro Rata, Treaty, XOL or Premiums/Claims), strong Excel skills and the ability to manage workload while learning technical account structures.
