SEN TA: Autism & Communication Support (Term Time)

Long Term Futures is hiring a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant in Coventry. This role supports pupils with Autism, ADHD, and SEMH needs within a large, inclusive primary school. You will play a key role in promoting engagement, independence, and emotional regulation using strategies like PECS and Makaton.

The school provides an excellent SEND provision, including specialist Hubs and sensory rooms, and values ongoing professional development for its staff.
