Counterbalance Forklift Truck Driver (ABCBFLT1) – Leamington Spa, England

Compensation: £13.94‑£20.91 per hour, 12‑hour shifts with a 4‑on/4‑off schedule. Full‑time day and night rosters, including weekends.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a counterbalance forklift (FLT) safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload machines from conveyor belt systems and move roller bins throughout the facility.
• Assist with general industrial cleaning tasks within the warehouse.
• Follow all health and safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
• Work independently when required and adapt to day, night, and weekend shifts.
• Contribute to various cleaning and maintenance tasks as scheduled.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Valid FLT counterbalance licence required.
• Previous experience operating a counterbalance forklift preferred; training will be provided after a successful qualifying period.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy loads safely.
• Strong commitment to health and safety and cleanliness standards.
• Availability to work 12‑hour shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
