BOH Team Member (Part Time)

£12.25 per hour. We are The Salad Project, London’s answer to healthy food and a fresh outlook on how we live, feel and eat. Founded in 2021, we have grown to twelve stores across London and are expanding further.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh produce and help make everything we need to build an awesome salad.
• Follow hygiene regulations and best practices to help maintain our 5’* hygiene standards.
• Play a key role in ensuring there is sufficient food (hot and cold) for key service periods.
• Report to, pass on feedback from, and support a Kitchen Manager.
• Assist in prepping and cooking daily deliveries of fresh food.
• Assist senior chefs in opening or closing the kitchen.

Experience Requirements

• At least one year of experience working in a professional kitchen or casual dining restaurant.
• Experience and readiness to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• £12.25 per hour.
