Holiday Inn Guildford welcomes aspiring chefs to join our kitchen as Commis Chef, offering a supportive environment to learn, grow and build confidence under experienced Chef de Parties. You will rotate through sauce, vegetables, fish and butchery, gaining a broad foundation of culinary skills while contributing to a busy, modern kitchen.
