SUMMARY OF ROLE

As Front of House/Client Care you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our office and supporting our legal teams to ensure we continue to provide an excellent service.

DETAILS

We’re looking for a friendly, organised individual/s to join our Bury St Edmunds office full-time or on a job share basis. This role is ideal for candidates based in Bury, Newmarket, Thetford, Stowmarket, Sudbury, or nearby areas in Suffolk and South Norfolk.

About the Role

Specific Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Greeting clients and visitors
  • Ensuring all calls are answered within 5 rings
  • Dealing with all enquiries efficiently, passing them onto the relevant person or taking accurate messages
  • Sorting incoming and outgoing post
  • Scanning and printing documents
  • Going to the Post office and other offices to deliver post/documents
  • Assisting in other administrative tasks when required
  • Making sure the office is fully stocked and making orders in a timely manner
  • Keeping the office looking tidy at all times
  • Liaising with external suppliers
  • Occasionally provide cover at our other Suffolk offices

What we’re looking for

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Strong administration skills, well organised and able to multi‑task
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Team player with the ability to organise own workload and adapt/prioritise as necessary
  • The ability to work under pressure showing commitment to your colleagues and the Firm in general
  • Confident and professional manner when dealing with clients
  • PC proficient especially in Microsoft Office
  • Full driving licence & own transport is essential for this role

Working arrangements

  • Full-time hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
