SEMH Teaching Assistant — 1:1 Support & Behaviour Mentoring

Teaching Personnel is recruiting an SEMH Teaching Assistant for a specialist Secondary Provision in Northampton. The role involves supporting students with SEN and challenging behaviours, aiding engagement and confidence. Immediate start, full-time temporary to perm, based in Northampton.

Role includes 1:1 and small-group support, managing emotions, assisting lesson delivery, and fostering a safe, inclusive classroom. Driving licence and access to a vehicle are desirable.
