SEN Classroom Support Assistant — 1:1 & Small Groups (Term Time)

Randstad Education is seeking a dedicated Specialist Classroom Support Assistant to join a specialist school in Tonbridge. You will support learners on a 1:1, small-group, and whole-class basis, helping to deliver a creative and accessible curriculum. The role starts ASAP and runs term-time only, with a temporary-to-permanent path.

You will contribute to learning for students with severe and complex needs, supported by excellent training that can lead toward HLTA or qualified status.
