Facilities Caretaker: Clean, Maintain & Support Teams (Mon-Fri 7–3)

Vertas is seeking a dedicated Caretaker to join our Facilities Team in Chelmsford CM1. The role is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 3:00pm, 52 weeks per year. You will be responsible for waste management, porterage, light decorating, maintenance and cleaning across the site.
