About the role

justteachers is currently seeking a passionate and creative Art Teacher to join a welcoming secondary school in Leeds, starting immediately and continuing through to the end of the academic year.

Key Responsibilities

• Teaching Art across KS3 and KS4
• Planning and delivering engaging, creative lessons that inspire students
• Assessing, monitoring, and supporting student progress
• Contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment

Pre-requisites

• Holds QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification
• Has experience teaching Art in a secondary school setting
• Is enthusiastic, reliable, and committed to raising student achievement
• Has strong classroom management skills
• Enhanced DBS on the update service
• Two school based references
