MHE Training Lead: Safety & Compliance

Responsibilities

• Ensure your own training accreditations are always kept up-to-date
• Train all staff on the relevant MHE and Manual Handling
• Keep up to date with industry best practice and safety standards
• Assist in building robust safety training plans
• Ensure the training matrix is always updated
• Responsible for building training programmes as needed

Requirements

• A current MHE trainer qualification (RTITB, ITSSAR or AITT)
• Actively training on a recent and regular basis
• Consideration for extensively experienced MHE operators who hold valid licences
• Previous warehouse experience and holder of Counterbalance, Reach Truck, VNA licences
• Flexible in your approach to ensure business needs are met and exceeded
• Ability to multitask and maintain effective relationships
