Senior Teaching Assistant – SEMH & One Hub Lead

Oasis Academy Brislington in Bristol is seeking a Lead Teaching Assistant to support students pastorally through their One Hub provision. The role focuses on collaborating with pastoral staff to promote student well-being and attainment.

You will work with disadvantaged young people, building positive relationships and enhancing their learning experience. The position is fixed-term for 12 months, with a starting salary of £23,087 to £24,642, term-time only.
