Kitchen Manager: Lead a High-Performance Kitchen Team

Beefeater’s The Beacon in Dartford is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead the kitchen team and deliver a best-in-class dining experience. The role reports to the General Manager and carries responsibility for recruitment, stock control and maintaining brand standards.

The fixed-term contract runs until 3 September 2026, with a salary of £39,250–£42,500 per year. You will drive development, compliance with Health and Safety, and ensure guests receive exceptional service.
