Special Needs Classroom Support – Growth & Training

Randstad Education is seeking a Specialist Classroom Support Assistant for a respected specialist school in Dorking. The role is full-time, term-time only, starting September, with 1:1, small group and whole-class support for learners with severe and complex needs.

You will work with experienced staff to deliver a creative and practical curriculum, with on-site training and clear progression toward HLTA or qualified status.
